Hugo Maurstad

Chairman of the board
Hugo Maurstad joined Altor in March
2004. He is a Norwegian national and holds a Master of General Economics
from the Norwegian School of Management. Hugo was previously a Director with
McKinsey & Company. Over 13 years with McKinsey, he served clients in
Europe and North America on a wide range of issues, working out of the
Scandinavian and Chicago offices. During his last four years, Hugo led
McKinsey’s office in Norway. Prior to joining McKinsey, Hugo was the
managing director of Lefac A/S, a Norwegian based leasing and financing
company.
Hugo Maurstad is also the Chairman of the boards of AGR, Relacom, Navico,
Helly Hansen and Constructor Group and a member of the boards of Byggmax and
SPT.

Harald Mix

Board member
Harald Mix has been with Altor since inception in 2003. He is a Swedish
national and holds a BSc (magna cum laude) from Brown University and an MBA
(Baker Scholar) from Harvard University. Harald was previously with Industri
Kapital as co-founder where he focused on private equity investments in
Sweden and Finland. Prior to that he worked for Enskilda Ventures, CSFB and
Booz Allen Hamilton in Sweden, the UK and the USA.
Harald Mix is also a member of the boards of Dynapac, Relacom, Ferrosan and
Aalborg Industries.

Petra Hedengran

Board member
Petra Hedengran is a Managing Director of Investor AB since March 2007 and
responsible for legal, corporate governance and compliance. She is a Swedish
citizen and holds a Master of Law from the University of Stockholm. Petra
Hedengran was previously a partner and member of the management group of
Advokatfirman Lindahl KB (a Swedish law firm) in Stockholm where she was
responsible for the banking and finance department. She joined Advokatfirman
Lindahl in 2002 after having been an inhouse legal counsel within ABB
Financial Services since 1991. During the period 1998-2002 she was the
general counsel of ABB Financial Services with responsibility for the Nordic
region. She has served on a number of Boards, including the Swedish Export
Credit Corporation and the Swedish Ships´Mortgage Bank.

Börje Ekholm

Board member
Börje Ekholm is President and Chief Executive Officer of Investor AB. He
joined Investor AB in 1992 and has been a member of the Management Group
since 1997. Börje Ekholm was born 1963, is an American citizen and holds a
Master of Business Administration from INSEAD, Fontainebleau, France, and a
Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the Royal Institute of
Technology (KTH), Stockholm, Sweden. Börje Ekholm has served on a number of
Boards and currently on Scania AB, Chalmersinvest AB, Husqvarna AB, KTH, KTH
Holding AB and Telefonaktiebolaget LM Ericsson
