Chief Executive Officer Lindorff Group AB
Urs Baumann was appointed CEO of Lindorff Group AB in August 2007.
Before joining Lindorff, Urs Baumann was the Managing Director of
Barclaycard and responsible for its consumer finance business in Central and
Eastern Europe. Prior to Barclays’, Baumann was the CEO of Swisscard AECS
AG, a joint venture of American Express and Credit Suisse. Before joining
Swisscard, Baumann was Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company Inc.,
where he was a member of the strategy & corporate finance practice and
specialist in retail banking. Mr. Urs Baumann is a Swiss citizen and holds a
MBA from the University of St.Gallen, Switzerland, and a MBA from the
University of Chicago, Graduate School of Business, Illinois, USA.

Anders Nybø

Chief of Operations, Lindorff Group AB
Anders E. Nybø joined Lindorff in 2005 in the role of Head of Corporate
Development. He became EVP for Payment Trade as of February 1 2006, and
assumed the position as COO on January 1 2008. Previous to joining Lindorff,
Nybø worked eight years with McKinsey & Co, where he as
Associate Partner led client service towards large clients within the
financial institutions, oil & gas, electricity, and public sectors. Nybø
holds a M.Sc. in Business degree (“Siviløkonom”) from the Norwegian School
of Economics and Business Administration, and a CEMS Master from University
of St. Gallen in Switzerland.

Øyvind Jensrud

Chief Financial Officer
Jensrud joined Lindorff in June 2008 and came from the position as Advisor
within corporate finance at the Norwegian investment bank Orion Securities.
Prior to Orion Securities, Jensrud was holding various board positions, he
is a former CFO at the Norwegian shipping and investment company Dyvi AS,
and had several leading positions at Telenor and Dyno Industries. He holds
an MBA from BI, Norwegian School of Management and an MBA from IMD Business
School in Lausanne, Switzerland.

Heidi Skaaret

Executive Vice President, Country Manager Lindorff Norway and Denmark
Hedi Skaaret joined Lindorff in May 2008 and came from the position as
Managing Director at IKANO Finans AS. She is a former Bank Executive in DnB
ASA (today DnB NOR ASA) and has had several management positions within
distribution, corporate markets and business development. She holds an MBA
from the University of Washington, Seattle, USA, with specialisation in
economics and marketing.

Anders Uddfors

Executive Vice President and Country Manager for Sweden
Uddfors joined FT Kredithanterarna (now Lindorff Sverige AB) in 1993 as
Sales and Marketing Director. In 1999 he left Lindorff for Manpower where he
had several managerial positions. In 2003 he returned to Lindorff when he
was appointed CEO of the Swedish debt collection operations. He was in
September 2005 appointed Country Manager for Sweden. Uddfors has completed
studies in Business and Marketing at IHM Business School and IFL.

Lassi Karppinen

Executive Vice President, Payment Nordic (Fenno/Baltics/Russia)
Karppinen joined the Finnish collection company Contant OY in 1986. He has
held various positions and was appointed CEO of the company in 1993. As
Executive Vice President for Payment Nordic in Lindorff, he is responsible
for the Payment activities in Finland, Russia and the Baltic countries.
Karppinen holds a M.Sc. (Law) degree from the University of Turku (1987) and
a Master of Science (Economics) degree from the Turku School of Economics
(1990). He has been a member of the board of the Finnish Debt Collection
Association since 1993.

David Hall

Executive Vice President, New Markets
David Hall joined Lindorff Group in August 2008 as Head of New Markets.
Before joining Lindorff, David Hall spent twelve years working for the Royal
Bank of Scotland in a number of Executive positions, the last as Commercial
Manager, European Consumer Finance. He has extensive experience of financial
services markets throughout Europe having set up, integrated and acquired a
number of businesses in Germany, Benelux, Spain and in Central & Eastern
Europe (CEE). David Hall is a UK citizen and holds an honours degree in
Applied Languages and International Economics.

Trond H. Lutdal

Executive Vice President, Capital
Lutdal joined Lindorff in Novemeber 2006 as Executive Vice President of
Capital, Lindorff’s own debt portfolio business. Lutdal previously worked in
SpareBank 1 Life Insurance as head of strategy and business development. He
has also led a start-up venture and worked as management-for-hire. In
additon, Lutdal has more than six years of experience as a management
consultant with McKinsey & Co. Lutdal holds a Master of Science in
Business Administration from the Norwegian School of Economics and Business
Administration.
