Lindorff to take over the accounting services for Helly Hansen

As of October 2007 Lindorff will take over the Helly Hansen accounting and salary function in Europe. This is a five year contract with a value of approximately 70 million NOK.
The agreement includes Lindorff taking over the 20 employees based at Helly
Hansen’s two centres in Moss, Norway, and Munich, Germany.
”This agreement is of significant strategic value to Lindorff. We still see the growth of outsourcing of accounts in Scandinavia and the rest of Europe. Our centres in Moss and Munich will be vital when Lindorff is to acquire a share of this market,” says Executive Vice President of Lindorff Accounting, Morten Carlsen.
Lindorff Accounting is the unit for outsourced accounting and financial services in Lindorff.
“We will now develop our offers on accounting services to Scandinavian companies wanting to establish business in Europe, or wanting to outsource the accounting services they have already established there,” says Carlsen.
The two centres in Munich and Moss will provide accounting services in eight countries in Europe (Germany, Switzerland, Austria, the Netherlands, Belgium, Italy, France and Spain), as well as the three Scandinavian countries. Both centres will be further developed with an international profile and new customers.
“Lindorff wishes to expand the Moss and Munich centres by hiring more qualified employees, in order to capture more customers,” states Morten Carlsen.
