Lithuania. The launching of invoicing and sales ledger management service is
aligned with Group’s strategy.
Outsourcing of the invoice administration is a rising trend in the Baltic market, following the Nordic countries.
“The Baltic businesses use to some extends external services for printing and mailing of invoices but Lindorff will be the first one to provide the full accounts receivables management and complete payment monitoring," says Ele Lepik, Baltic Area Manager of Lindorff.
Lindorff has operated in the Baltic States for ten years and is today the leading provider of outsourced receivables management in the Baltic market.
Precise monitoring accelerates cash flow
According to the recent market survey conducted by Lindorff 13 per cent of the Baltic businesses sending more then 1 000 invoices annually have already considered outsourcing their accounts receivables management. Easiness and accelerated cash flow are the most important service qualities in case the companies outsourced.
Lindorff invoicing service can assume the total responsibility for the entire payment process.
“Through the precise monitoring of payments in a single process from invoices to debt collection, we can ensure a rapid and steady cash flow for our customers”, Lepik says.
Outsourcing also reduces the workload of companies own financial organisation.
"There are a lot of manual routines in sales ledger management, such as the demanding, but vital customer service. Our customers will get the assistance of a strong support team of financial professionals”, Lepik says.
