Endre Rangnes (50) will become the new CEO of Lindorff Group. Rangnes is currently the CEO of EDB Business Partners ASA.
- We are very happy to get Endre on board in Lindorff. He is a seasoned executive with broad international management experience and a solid track record. In his time with EDB, he has proven his ability to lead an organization through steady growth both in domestic and international markets. These are skills that an ambitious Lindorff will benefit from in its European expansion, says Börje Ekholm, CEO of Investor AB and member of the Lindorff Group board.
- Lindorff has evolved into an IT-intensive business and does increasingly work with large outsourcing contracts. I believe that my 25 years with IBM and EDB will be helpful when we are to continue to develop Lindorff in current and new markets. I look forward to continue to build Lindorff on the platform that it's employees has created during more than 100 years in this industry. This platform, combined with an organization with a proven track record of innovation and growth, truly motivates me and makes me believe that we can deliver against ambitious growth targets, says Endre Rangnes.
- During the last few years, Lindorff has grown from a Norwegian, to a Nordic and now a European company with operations in 11 countries. Lindorff is uniquely positioned to support large European Financial Institutions in limiting the negative effects from the financials crisis. We look forward to get Endre on board, and are confident that he, together with the current management team, will continue to develop Lindorff as Europe's leading debt collection company, says Harald Mix, CEO i Altor Equity Partners AB AB and member of the Lindorff Group board.
Endre Rangnes has been CEO of EDB Business Partner since the summer of 2003. Before he joined EDB, he was 18 years with IBM where he filled a number of management positions in Norway and internationally, most recently as CEO for IBM in Norway.
