Klaus-Anders Nysteen, CEO LindorffSince March 2015.

Klaus-Anders has been CEO at Entra ASA, CFO in Statoil Fuel & Retail ASA, CEO of Storebrand Bank ASA, CFO and acting CEO at Posten Norway and at Hydro Seafood, and has held different positions within the Norwegian Armed Forces. Klaus-Anders has also served in different board member positions in several Norwegian companies. He has worked with international markets for more than 20 years.

Trond Brandsrud, CFO *

Trond BrandsrudSince February 2016.

Trond was Chief Financial Officer of Aker until August 2015, and previously held the CFO position with Seadrill as well as several key local and international finance positions over a period of more than 20 years at Shell. Trond has served as non-executive director in several listed as well as privately owned companies. He holds a MSc degree in Finance and Business Administration from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH).


Cathrine Klouman, EVP Lindorff Business Partner and Group CIO *

Catrhine KloumanSince January 2016.

Cathrine heads LBP which consists of Group HR, Group IT, Group Digitalisation Program and Lindorff Business Services.

She has more than 20 year's experience from both the IT- and Financial Services industries, and held different senior positions within IBM, Bank-Axept and DNB. Cathrine came to Lindorff from a position as Chief Information and Digital Officer in MøllerGruppen (The Møller Group). She is currently Member of the Board in Infotjenester AS. Cathrine holds an MSc in Business Administration from the Norwegian Business School (BI) and extended courses from MIT Sloan School of Management.

Geir Inge Skålevik, General Counsel & Group Risk Manager

Geir Inge SkålevikSince November 2010.

Geir Inge came from the same position in EDB ErgoGroup, a listed it-service company, a position he held for 8 years. Before this he worked as an associate and attorney-at-law in lawfirm Grette for 7 years. He has a master of law from University of Oslo.

Karen has more than 20 years’ experience in international corporate communications, most recently as Director Global Communications of Couche-Tard, the Canadian company that owns and recently launched the global Circle K® convenience store brand.  

 


Anders Engdahl, Executive Vice President Debt Purchasing *
 
Anders EngdahlSince March 2015.

Anders started in Lindorff already in October 2014 as a consultant. He has an extensive international experience in investment banking and management consulting from Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs, Credit Suisse and McKinsey. At Morgan Stanley, Anders was a Managing Director and Head of Nordic Financial Institutions investment banking and has over the past two decades been involved in a large number of financial institutions M&A and financing transactions including within the credit management services industry across Europe. Anders has a MSc (Business administration and Economics) degree from the Stockholm School of Economics.


 Anne Louise Eberhard, EVP Debt Collection Sales*

Anne Louise EberhardSince October 2016.

Anne was a Senior Executive VP and Global Head of Corporate & Institutional Banking at Danske Bank. She is a Board Member in several companies, including Financial Stability SOV, and a Faculty Member at CBS Executive (Copenhagen Business School). Anne has a Master of Law degree from University of Copenhagen, a Diploma in IT/Management Accounting from CBS, and leadership education from Harvard Business School, INSEAD and CBS.


Ilva Valeika, Country Manager, Lindorff Baltics

Ilva Valeika

Since January 2016.

Ilva has been with Lindorff for 12 years. She has been responsible for sales, customer relationships and business development areas in the Baltic countries; Estiona, Latvia and Lithuania. Ilva holds an EMBA degree of Stockholm School of Economics Riga.

Tuija Keronen, Country Manager, Lindorff Finland

Tuija KeronenSince February 2015.

Tuija has over 20 years of experience in various management positions in service industry in Finland and in Nordics. She has deep knowledge of outsourcing, customer driven process development and business partnering. Prior to joining Lindorff she worked as Industry head for Public Sector and Financial Services customers in Fujitsu Finland. Most recently she was Head of Nordic Business Process Outsourcing at Aditro.


Florian Wöretshofer, Country Manager, Lindorff Germany

Florian Wöretshofer Since September 2014.

Florian has previously held different CEO and Executive Director positions within the GFKL Group and has been responsible for the strategic workout of secured and unsecured non-performing loans. Before joining the GFKL he was responsible for the risk management of a company within the Allianz Group an important insurance company. He has a master in economics.

Antonella Pagano, Country Manager, Lindorff Italy

Antonella PaganoSince May 2016.

A lawyer by education, Antonella joined Lindorff in 2016 from PwC. At PwC she was a partner at with special focus on non-performing loans (NPL), as well as financial restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, valuations and corporate finance. She is a much-utilized expert on these matters and is well known in the Italian financial sector.

 


Marc Knothe, Country Manager, Lindorff Netherlands *

Marc KotheSince March 2016.

Marc has more than 26 years of experience in the European credit management services industry. Between 2011 and 2016, prior to joining Lindorff, he was Executive Board Member at GFKL (an Advent Intl company), one of the largest receivables management services firms in Germany. Previously he was CIO at Bawag PSK (a Cerberus Company) in Austria, COO at GE Money Bank in Russia and Germany and held senior positions at Citigroup in Italy and Germany. Marc has studied Business Management at the University of Applied Sciences in Ludwigshafen, Germany.

Anette Willumsen, Country Manager, Lindorff Norway * and acting Country Manager, Lindorff Denmark

Anette Willumsen

Since May 2009.

Anette has a broad sales and management experience from the in business process outsourcing industry. Prior to joining Lindorff she was SVP in EDB Business Partner (EVRY), a listed IT-services company. Before taking on the CM position, she headed the Corporate Client Division within Lindorff Norway. She has an EMP from INSEAD and holds a MSc degree in Finance and Business Administration from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH).

Krzysztof Różycki, Interim Country Manager, Lindorff Poland

Krzysztof Różycki

Since December 2016.

Krzysztof has been connected with the debt management industry for 14 years. He has been with Casus Finance SA since September 2014 and was responsible for the integration process of Casus Finanse Sa and Lindorff Group. Prior to joining Casus Finanse SA, Krzysztof was with KRUK Group for many years, holding various positions, and in 2011 he became CEO and Member of the Board at Czech Company of KRUK Group, established at the local market as a start-up. He holds a Master of Law Adminstration from Wroclaw University at the Faculty of Law and Administration. 

  
Alejandro Zurbano, Country Manager, Lindorff Spain *

Alejandro ZurbanoSince July 2015.

Alejandro, as chief executive officer Emergia, has been instrumental in building a successful business with around 5.000 employees. Alejandro acted as Country Manager at SITEL Spain, Chile, Colombia and Portugal growing the business to 8,000 employees and solid revenue stream. He is an experienced leader with deep knowledge of the financial industry. Alejandro has a law degree from Universidad Complutense de Madrid and a PDG at IESE University.

 Enrique Dancausa Treviño, CEO of Aktua

Enrique Dancuasa

Since August 2016. 

Enrique founded Aktua in 2008 and has led the development and growth of Aktua since its inception until now. With more than 25 years of relevant experience in the financial sector, before founding Aktua, Enrique’s spent 17 years in the collections, legal affairs and REO management departments at Banesto (now Group Santander), where he served as Director of Recoveries and Repossessed Properties among other positions. Law Bachelor from University San Pablo CEU, International MBA by ESDEN and has a PDD from IESE.


 

 Erika Rönnquist Hoh, Country Manager, Lindorff Sweden

Erika Rönnquist HohSince June 2013.

She came from the position as CEO for Assessio. From 2007 until 2012 she worked in Aktiv Kapital (PRA Group) first as the CEO for Sweden and from 2009 as CEO Nordics. Erika has a BSc (Civilekonom) in Economics and Business Administration at the University of Uppsala and has an Executive MBA from the Stockholm School of Economics (Handelshögskolan) in Stockholm.
