Operation Support Specialist

We are looking for a well-organized, precise and responsible person with a desire and capability to learn. Being successful in this role requires service-minded attitude and good team working skills.

Key tasks/ responsibilities:

- Provide first line support for Payment and Invoicing systems
- Ensure complete and timely hand-off of incidents to other support teams
- Resolve issues utilizing available knowledge reference documentation
- Keep and update work instructions
- Identify and monitor system errors
- Promote and demonstrate high quality customer service
- Follow agreed processes and SLA’s with Stakeholders
- Guide, support and collaborate with colleagues when needed
- Provide support and assistance to the team when needed
- Assist on other projects when needed

We expect that you:

- Are fluent in written and oral English
- Have experience or are interested in IT service desk
- Are good in multitasking
- Are motivated and eager to be a part of process improvements
